When we first opened the box, we were very pleased to find that the trainer comes ready assembled so it was simply a matter of securing the mountain bike and starting our training. We were really pleased with how easy it was to fit the bike onto the trainer. It only took a matter of minutes.

We felt that the instruction manual was a little vague; but with a bit of common sense we were able to get it all set up quite quickly.
The first thing that we noticed was just how sturdy this frame feels. There is no wobbling at all when it is in use. The variable resistance is changed by using the adjuster which clips onto the handlebars which makes it very easy.

First of all, setting up this trainer is no problem at all. The instruction manual was very clear and we were able to get everything set up and ready to go in under ten minutes. What we instantly noticed was how sturdy the frame is.
Once we had started cycling we didn’t notice any movement from the frame whatsoever. We did notice that this trainer is quite noisy, so it would probably be better suited to using in a garage or garden.

Taking it out of the box, the first thing that was instantly noticeable was how sturdy the frame of the trainer actually is. Even riding at high speeds and high resistance, we didn’t notice any movement from the frame at all.
The one thing that we will say is that the frame is quite heavy so do keep this in mind when moving it around. In terms of noise, we were very pleased with how quiet this trainer is. There is definitely no risk of disturbing anyone.
